As a relationship specialist with a PhD in Neuroscience, I work within a framework that brings together neuroscience, psychology, and creative experiential processes. This method is designed to reveal how your nervous system encodes early relationship patterns, and how these historical imprints resurface as emotional triggers in your current relationships.
Through evidence-based tools for self-awareness and emotional regulation, you’ll learn to recognise your triggers in stressful relationships and respond to them with compassion. This process is about understanding the histories we all carry, integrating attachment wounds, and discovering new and healthy ways of relating — to yourself and to others. I further integrate my Diploma in Schema therapy into my practice as well as Kirsten Neff’s self-compassion work.
